Outdoor Concert Series
Our Outdoor Concert Series brings great performances and shows to Cresswind, exclusively for residents and their guests. The lawn is split into different sections, and priced based on the proximity to the stage.
The outdoor event lawn is split into FIVE different sections. The sections are BLUE ($30), RED ($25), YELLOW ($25), GREEN ($25), and ORANGE ($20). See below
You can download the layout for your records by clicking here.
Our Outdoor Concerts are laid out in format that is different than most other concerts in our community. Please familiarize yourself with the procedure of purchasing tickets, checking in, and guest information.
How many tickets can we purchase for the Outdoor Concert?
Each table at our Outdoor Concerts can accommodate 10 people. The maximum number of tickets a person can buy is 10, which will guarantee a reserved table of 10 seats.
Do we need to have wristbands to come to this event?
YES! As with most of our events, you will need to have a wristband for the section you have purchased tickets in. The wristband IS your entry ticket and must be physically on your wrist in order to enter. At the door, you will need to show your wristband for check-in.
If you misplace your wristband, there will be a table at check-in that will have replacements. If someone else purchase the tickets for your party, they must be present in order for you to receive the replacement wristband.
Where do we enter the Outdoor Event Lawn from?
Entry to the Outdoor Event Lawn will be through the main doors of the Clubhouse. We will not be utilizing the side entrances in order to keep parking spaces clear and to streamline the large number of people making their way to their seats. Doors will open 1 hour before showtime, and attendees will show their wristbands at the door, then proceed through the double doors at the back of the Multipurpose Room to reach the event space.
How do I find my table in my section?
On each table, there will be a colored cone, representing the section you are in.
- If you have purchased an entire table, you will be assigned a table number. A few days before the concert, you will receive an email with information about which table number your party will be sitting at. These tables will be assigned in order of purchasing date. So, on the day of the event you will look for the colored cone with your corresponding number on it. There will also be a pennant flag attached to the cone with the last name of the purchaser. Please look for the table number and the last name on the pennant flag.
- If you have purchased between 1-9 tickets, you will be able to sit at a table that has not been assigned. Look for a cone that DOES NOT have a number written on it. Seating will be first-come, first served for those who do not have an assigned table. There will be plenty of seating, so your party will still be able to sit together.
